Beau, a conservatory trained actor, started working professionally in regional and Off Broadway productions staged by accomplished American director Tina Landau.(Trojan Women, Orestes, Floyd Collins, Stonewall)
His career progressed off stage as he acquired principal roles in films like "Raw Nerve", "Fast Food, Fast Women", "According to Spencer" and "Going Under".  Beau has enjoyed working with independent minded filmmakers like Amos Kollek and Shane Edelman.
Television guest starring roles on, "Drift", "The Jury", "Third Watch" and "Law and Order", exposed him to the directing talents of Paul W.S. Anderson, Jake Paltrow, Paul McCrane and Michael Pressman.
Beau currently lives in L.A., where he is promoting "Art Space", a film co-written, produced (Dir. Kathryn Burke) and starring Beau Van Donkelaar.
